No problem at all if you can pull a powerhead.I just put two on my Silverwing I got them from Bobs.Real nice.All u have to do is lift the power head change the gaskets and put the power head back on the gaskits are priceeee.The cowl are not cheap a little over 800 a pop.If you can.

On a 2000+ (year might not be important) MERC 2.5 Drag Motor or any other MERC motor I guess with the alien style cowling, in the top rear corners on each side of the cowl there are two fairly small holes through the cowl allowing air flow.. As a matter of fact, we wouldn't run a 2.4/2.5 Mercury EFI motor without one :) HStream1. 02-16-2009.
